Scott absolutely knocked it out of the park for us. We made an offer on only one, very competitive, house. Entirely thanks to Scott, we got it. If we could give a higher rating on negotiation skills in particular, we would. My partner and I were first-time home buyers, completely overwhelmed by both the process as well as the market we were in, which was the worst it had been in years.
